2011 Property Tax Appeal Deadline is Fast Approaching

With few exceptions, the deadline in Arizona to challenge directly in the Tax Court the 2011 valuation or classification of your property is Wednesday, December 15, 2010.

If you filed an administrative appeal with the County Assessor or the State or County Board of Equalization, then a different deadline will likely apply.
